In one of only two gabled private mansions built by architects François Maurice* and Louis Parmelin* in 1980, we present this superb renovation of a 275 sqm Penthouse and its terrace.
*The work of François Maurice, born in 1925, is imbued with rationalism and pragmatism. In the design process, he places the emphasis on structural and constructive thinking, reflecting a pragmatic attitude that simultaneously takes into account the pragmatic, technical and aesthetic requirements of the project. In association with architect Louis Parmelin, they have created some of Geneva's greatest architectural works, including the Crown Plaza, the Vernets skating rink and swimming pool, the Alpha Business Center, the Geneva road center and many more...
